Sarausi Lifestyle makes every possible effort to ship our products in a quick, safe and least expensive manner.

Processing your order

​

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to ship goods to you as soon as possible, as some products are made as per order, we take about 7 working days to process orders and around 9 working days to ship goods out of the warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. However if for some reason the order takes longer to process, we will keep you informed.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your Sarausi Lifestyle merchandise, please refer to the shipping times given below and add a 7-day order-processing period.

Insurance

​

Sarausi Lifestyle insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. This signature at the mentioned delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Sarausi Lifestyle and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes And Duties

 

  • For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.   • We can exchange goods delivered Internationally, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.

Hand crafted fabrics are marked by certain flaws. Symbolic of the imperfections of the human hand these are often celebrated as identifying features of the handcrafted. Before you consider returning a Sarausi Lifestyle product, please understand that all our products are handmade by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

  • Difference in the strength of pulling can cause an unevenness between threads.

  • Slight difference in colour is very common and unavoidable in the manual processing.

  • Irregularities in the stitches and embroideries.

  • An uneven selvedge of handwoven products.

In spite of these variables, at Sarausi Lifestyle we vouch for the quality of our products. We ensure multiple quality checks to ensure every shipment is satisfying. But we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any genuine reason.

Please read below our return & exchange policies and procedure for exchange and returns.

We’d be concerned to see you cancel but you may also choose to cancel your purchase entirely within 10 hrs after placing the order. Refund will be processed through same online mode within 7 working days. For this kindly email us along with your valuable feedback / complaint and reason for cancellation on sarausilifestyle@gmail.com .com.

You can return or exchange an item 7 days of receipt. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Exchange will be done only in the following cases:

​

  • Sizing issues for garments, only for unused products. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • However, please note that a tolerance of fitting should be acceptable as all garments are manually stitched.

  • Genuine quality issues of the product like unusably defective materials only will be taken back.

  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.

No exchange or refund will be given in the following reasons

​

  • Due to minor design variations, since with handmade products there will always be some variation between products.

 

  • Color variations from what u see on the computer and actual product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Goods returned to us in used/ damaged conditions. Including damage while size trials. 

  •  Pieces stained, ripped, or in any way found damaged during trials. Please be careful of makeup stains.

Refunds will be done only in the following cases:

​

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.

​

​

No refunds/ exchanges will be given in the following cases:

​

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • Note: exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

Return Policy

 

Our products are carefully inspected for quality and standards before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags and/or damaged.

  • Returns, if any, need to be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

  • If you wish to exchange or return an order please email us at sarausilifestyle@gmail.com .com

  • Sarausi Lifestyle will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a credit note for the cost of the goods.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the return address.

Exchange Policy Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at sarausilifestyle@gmail.com .com

  • Items to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 7 days of receiving the goods.

  • Sarausi Lifestyle will replace the items free of cost or issue a credit note if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong color, size, or design). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed.

  • The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has be paid by the customer.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the return address.
